Meet the Team
At Kayla Care, our strength lies in our dedicated team of support workers who are passionate about providing tailored care services. Together, we strive to ensure that every client receives the personalised support they deserve.

James: Founder and Mentor.
James, the founder of Kayla Care, embodies our mission of providing tailored support for clients on the NDIS. With years of experience in the support work sector, he has a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by our clients and their caregivers.
James started his career as a carpenter & joiner, and once he obtained his builder's license, he worked to follow his passion for support in mental health. Once he completed his studies, James started working as a support worker. His background in carpentry increases his practical and creative support for clients, as well as being able to find common ground.
Another creative outlet for James is performing magic. He has performed for a number of events, including birthdays, weddings, and performing magic at schools, using this as a tool while discussing mental health awareness with students.
As a mentor, he leads by example, instilling the values of empathy, respect, and professionalism in our team. His vision for Kayla Care is to create a community where individuals can thrive with dignity and independence.
James regularly engages with clients, caregivers and staff, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued. His dedication to continuous improvement drives our team to stay updated with the best practices in care, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
